Alerts - Lender

When you set up alerts, the system will notify you each time you receive a new pre-approval request and when your agent shares a comment with you. Alerts can help you provide excellent service to each contact and ensure you are notified immediately of any agent updates.

To set up alerts

  1. In the left navigation click Admin.
  2. On the Website tab, click Alerts.
  3. Click the Add button,
  4. In the Add Alert window, do one or both of the following.
    • To sign up for text message alerts, enter a cell phone number, and then select a cell phone carrier.
    • To sign up for email alerts, enter an email address.
  5. Click the Add button.

    A test message, titled Alert Activation, will be sent to your phone or email address when you add the alert.

  6. Check to make sure you receive the test alert. There may be a slight delay before your cell phone carrier sends the alert to your phone.

(info) You can have up to 3 alerts set up at a time.

To stop receiving alerts

  1. On the Website tab, click Alerts.
  2. Next to the email address or cell phone number, click the delete icon ( ).
