Alerts - Lender
When you set up alerts, the system will notify you each time you receive a new pre-approval request and when your agent shares a comment with you. Alerts can help you provide excellent service to each contact and ensure you are notified immediately of any agent updates.
To set up alerts
- In the left navigation click Admin.
- On the Website tab, click Alerts.
- Click the Add button,
- In the Add Alert window, do one or both of the following.
- To sign up for text message alerts, enter a cell phone number, and then select a cell phone carrier.
- To sign up for email alerts, enter an email address.
- Click the Add button.
A test message, titled Alert Activation, will be sent to your phone or email address when you add the alert.
- Check to make sure you receive the test alert. There may be a slight delay before your cell phone carrier sends the alert to your phone.
You can have up to 3 alerts set up at a time.
